Today, in testimony before the Democratic Steering and Policy Committee Forum on Health Insurance Reform, health care whistle blower Wendell Potter reminded Congress why a public option is essential to reform (http://wonkroom.thinkprogress.org/tag/public-option - broken link). If Congress fails to create “a public health insurance option to compete with private insurers, the bill it sends to the President might as well be called, ‘The Insurance Industry Profit Protection And Enhancement Act,’” Potter said.

Very true, without the Public Option there is no reform...
Sure..because the public option leads to single payer which is what the Socialists want....I love it..this is going to be DOA....and then the Dems will have nobody to blame but themselves. Isn't it great how the Dems care about all of the uninsured...

Nancy "It's My Way or the Highway" Pelosi. She's a fine example to Americans everywhere. Proof positive that more research is needed to identify the side-effects that come along with the use of Botulinum toxins for cosmetic purposes.
