They are two other programs which should also be struck down by the Supreme Court in my humble opinion. I was just tinkering with the idea of someone challenging the "general welfare" clause that the Federal Godvernment uses to skirt the Constitution all of the time. If it wasn't for the abuse of this term we would not have any socialist policies run by the Federal Regime. This is because their is no mention of any such right of the Federal branch to continually overstep its bounds. Any Federal socialist policy in place at this time could be run by the States themselves if the voters were so inclined to approve. States cannot compete for citizens now because of the coup led by Lincoln which stripped all rights from the States that were put into place by the Constitution.
