Leo W. Gerard: The Republican "Do Not Resuscitate" Plan to Let Medicare Die

These people are the most radical, un-American fascists this country has ever seen.

Gasp......and not to mention the current administration re-opening the "death book" for Veterans...hmmmm, now what do you call them?

BTW my point being that "both" parties are pulling underhanded bull and this name calling by both parties is immature and getting ridiculous. Did you note ole Barney's reaction to it....seems Dems want to call all the names they like but don't let the Repubs dare do it.

"Fascist" in what context? Or are you prone to using the word for shock value?

How funny is this? The complaint is because Medicare is on the verge of bankruptcy the government wants to grab more control of health care to prevent Medicare's bankruptcy. That is very twisted logic. It is pretty clear government can't run health care for our elderly so it thinks it deserves a shot to provide health care for the rest of us. With statements like this I do not believe Obama is serious about wanting reform. Who in their right mind would want more of the same (see Medicare).

Did I just imagine I heard The Leader say that Medicare would end when his Obamacare goes into effect. Yep, he did say that and I heard it twice one day. He said that once his program goes into effect no new people would go on Medicare from that day on. When you look at the curve of QALY that Zeke Emanuel drew up it is obvious that once that thing goes into effect not many Medicare people will survive unless they don't manage to get sick. Goodby, cruel world. I wasn't ready yet but I see my end coming nigh.
