I will say this: if Officer Walker were white, we would have heard about this story on February 20th, not August 18th.

Exactly, they know they're on camera, but continue beat a guy to a bloody pulp. That's extremely brazen. If they're willing to do this on camera, who knows what else they'll do off camera.
