It is too early to tell what the stimulus is going to do. Turning around a collapse of that magnitude does take time. Transferring the nation from a FIRE economy to a save before spending takes longer. On everything else I would say A- principally because he hasn't gotten us out of Bush's folly fast enough.

Out of control spending will be a problem for years to come
Cannot speak intelligently without his prompter
More concerned about his image than his substance
More of what Bush did and since we all know from the lefties that what Bush did is bad, then he is worse, logical progression, right?

Also continually speaking about a "depression".
Villifying the old presidential regime of "torture"
I know it was already stated but is adding tremendously to the deficit, and claiming to be fixing it
