GOOD!

The sooner that they are tried, the better. I would love to see this happen and go down in our textbooks. I would love to see them talk in court and Cheney get the smirk wiped off his face and rid of his evil thoughts.

Justice and Liberty for ALL. Not just the rich or Republican!

Then again - if you want to prosecute Clinton, Bush I, Carter - then we might discuss it further.

Nothing to discuss.

Facts are facts, and need to be presented in a court of law before an impartial jury to put the matter to rest.

If the finding is that there were no crimes committed, let them go free. If they are guilty, lock them away in Supermax.

it is a good post. it goes however past current military policy. cops are also frequently fall guys for departments that are dodging a law suit. when they do the investigation they "find" something.
we are a throw away society, throw away pets, kids, bottles, diapers, husbands, cops and soldiers.
someday somebody is going to throw us out too.

Waterboarding and sleep deprivation is not torture...
War is hell and the CIA is a necessary evil.
The left wing nut jobs who are pushing this POLITICAL AGENDA should be tried for treason.

This is not political. WHOEVER is guilty of a crime deserves justice, and if guilty of War Crimes/ Crimes Against Humanity deserves to be placed in permanent time out away from everyone else.

You sound like you may be worried that someone in particular wll be implicated.

Not worried about who might be implicated. Thinking that all politicians are dirty to some degree. But I don't like this trend of ratting out / criminalizing fellow Americans along with apologizing to the world and making nice with foreign dictators for nothing more than POLITICAL MOTIVES......
The Gov. will waste a bunch of many for something to end in a knot of technicalities while keeping the drone masses distracted. A few will take the fall for the numerous who were involved on both sides of the aisle.
