Tallahassee, FL (AHN) - Looking for new terms to use in that essay on sexual innuendo? You don't have to dust off the Roget's. Consult the Florida legislature.

So, if that legislator hadn't withdrawn that bill from consideration, then no Florida TV station or cable provider serving Florida could show "Goldfinger" and the DVD would have to be pulled from video stores, effectively banning that vintage James Bond film in Florida.

Not to mention that Jon Spencer's old punk rock band's records would also be banned in Florida.

Leave it to Florida.

Some people want to ban everything in sight that they don't like. If prostitution is a crime in Florida, then arrest people for prostitution. Otherwise, this silliness about banning certain words is a bunch of mind games.

If I say "blow", what's the next word that comes to your mind?

Well, "pop", of course. Blow-Pops. Everybody likes a good sucker, right?

The first word that came to my mind after "blow" was Johnny...as in Depp. Good flick.

Incidentally, for the life of me, I cannot figure out why "fox hunting" would ever be included in the verbage of a massage parlor advertisement...?

Who knows. Words are just words. People get too worked up over them. I remember my 6th grade teacher going nuts in front of the class when she learned that the word "p u s s y" didn't always mean "cat". She was pissed. lol... This was in the early 1980s.
