The OP is misrepresenting what is going on. There are other sources of carbon dioxide than breathing.

that pretty much goes without saying, does it not? how does that fact in any way invalidate the thread title?

Sheeit!

We coulda started working on this problem in 1955 when nobody was doin' nuthin'!

I'll bet this forum could invent hundreds of potential catastrophes that we could begin working on right now.

The global climate threat was invented as a means to fund corrupt governments serving global banking infra and extra structure.

You, people, are extra-structure.

The world has too many real problems for anyone to be "investing" any time, energy or money in invented problems.

Let's start a list of real problems and then prioritize the list.

Sure there are other sources. But seeing how many breathing animals there are on the planet, I would say they produce a pretty healthy amount of C02.

Do any of the links the OP posted propose any type of tax on breathing?

Good point. In the greater scheme of things, GW is waaaay down on the list of things we really should be concerned with. Our efforts and energies could be better spent elsewhere.

Potable water is a far bigger problem, for instance.

On this planet, total insect weight is 100 to 1 over mammalian weight - and they all fart.

They, and coal fired energy plants, all work together to supply plant life with their most critical requirement, carbon dioxide.

Plant life supports all mammalian life on earth.

No, he said the EPA will be regulating CO2 and that the EPA considers breath a pollutant.

Plus, another poster asked (facetiously, I would assume) about a breathing tax.

Yes they do, among other things, and it doesn't make for a nice clean air to breathe. Although, I'm afraid, people like those with a fart fetish of some kind, are bound to find reports like these offensive.
