2012: Climate Tax revenues (Congress, Whitehouse, government, federal)

In the latest Federal Budget (http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/assets/fy2010_new_era/Summary_Tables2.pdf - broken link), a new category under revenue appears: CLIMATE.

That's right, folks.
You are about to be taxed an additional 79 billion, under the guise of "Climate".

Don't worry too much - if the government survives till 2012, we may be grateful for increased tax burdens. It's our patriotic duty to fund Congress, the banks, the auto industry, and any other "special interest".
