No, actually this is a public forum where it doesnt matter if its of HUGE national importance or not.. It can still be discussed. Just like Joe the Plumber, Palins daughters babies daddy, and if McCain should be president because his arm was injured and cant use email... The gifts do not go to the receiver, they go to the country of the receiver where they are stored for "the publics benefit" to be discussed by later generations about the importance of the gathering.
