President Barack Obama begins his plan to cut out wasteful government spending. Obama is signing a memo today that will change how government contracts are awarded. This will reportedly cut out about $40 Billion in excessive charges. President Obama's plan a also calls for more transparency and accountability in the contracts. In the coming months, those interested in tracking the spending on government contracts and stimulus funding will be able to view all the information online.

Yep, the most transparent government in the history of this country, nothing to hide with only a few exceptions, IRS, NSA, Benghazi but those a phony scandals.
