His advisements 1-4 are simple common sense, though I kept looking for #5: "Buy gold! Here's how!"

Don't be suckered by fearmongers. Say all those things he says are true. What can we do about it? Other than 1-4, and "buy gold" (except, dont bother IRL), there's nothing we can do.

So if there's nothing we can do, why spend the little remaining time we have being afraid, just because it's in some stranger's interest that we be?
