Looks like an execution.

Of course I wasn't there, but IMO that was nothing short of an execution. The cop that shot him in the head, should he be tried and convicted, should get the death penalty.

Why, WHY, when you have three policemen, with an UNARMED civilian, who is apparently trying to cooperate with police do you need to KILL someone in cold blood? Yes, the victim was struggling but it appears the restraint was unnecessary.

I hope these guys are shown to be what they are - cold-blooded murderers!

And these killers were only caught in the act because some people recorded it on camera. If no one had, we'd probably have some cooked up story that he was dangerous/etc.

I wholeheartedly agree. There are some bad people out there, but not all of them are on the "other" side of the law.

Wow - unless there is something that is completely unseen about this incident, heads are going to roll. And should.

If there's an article about this, could you give a link? Or what city did it happen in - I can look it up. I'd rather read about it than watch it

It happened in Oakland, and Huffington Post (if that lends any credibility) is the only print edition I've found.

BART = Bay Area Rapid Transit. So, it happened in the SF/Oakland area.

A pretty sad statement about the law enforcement in that area, shooting an unarmed man in the head after he tried to cooperate on a what could have even been a bogus charge from the beginning.

It looks like a slaughter if you ask me and indeed, heads SHOULD roll in the BART system.
