Does anyone know if it's even possible for a citizen to get their hands on Congressional Records? I'm not talking about voting records, but records from a House of Representative's home office dealings, interactions, and meetings. For example, if person A went to their local rep's office to officially speak with them to be 'on the records', then can I be able to see these 'records.' What if the local rep has since been voted out of the office? Where would these 'official records' be located, the National Archives perhaps?
It would have been a lot easier eight years ago; the Current Occupant of the White House has worked very hard to restrict access to that kind of information.

Yes but with the blessing of Congress in BOTH parties.
