WASHINGTON – President-elect Obama's advisers are quietly crafting a proposal to ship dozens, if not hundreds, of imprisoned terrorism suspects to the United States to face criminal trials, a plan that would make good on his promise to close the Guantanamo Bay prison but could require creation of a controversial new system of justice.

I was hoping for "accidents" for Guantanamo Detainees. These guys are gonna get let go and kill someone or many someones, and their being detained only delayed their acts. They would have done it regardless of being detained by the US.

The crimes they commited are not in our jurusdiction. If we do anything it should be abroad. Or maybe we should just find criminals everywhere & bring them here for trial at our expense? Would be better to just let them go & leak info that they cooperated. See how well their brethren treat them.
I dont hate America. I just dont believe in playing nice with people who think suicide bombing 100 civilians is a good thing.
I was gonna write a "why are you..." retort but decided to stay withing TOS.
