I destinctly remember during an interview at the Olympics that a question given to the President stated stated that our country was in a "troubled economy" The president denied this first,then answered the question.Now We Must Act Quickly or Our Country Will Be in Financial Ruins! Sorry,what I was intending to say was that 2 months ago, the president denied that our economy was in trouble. Today we read the headlines and he states that our "economy is in trouble".We must act quickly.Is he really out of touch with whats going on around him?

Yes, it's so amazing that he was a jet fighter pilot, something that requires making split second decisions, and a sharp mind. The military doesn't make pilots out of people unless they are of above average IQ.
