These college professors aren't intelligent, they simply have an agenda and are using it to force their opinions down impressionable young people's throats.

Poor kids can't think for themselves, yet we have kids the same age fighting in the middle east.
Kids the same age can vote, get married, have kids, go into debt, etc. They are considered adults.
Shall we baby all of them, take away all of their rights and privileges and responsibilities?
Why are they poor young impressionable minds in one instance and able to do these other things, either they are or they aren't adults, not just when it's convenient for your argument.

Yes I read the article. I also saw two of the students interviewed tell how they and three others were basically taken to task by their so- called "teacher" and approx 15 other students because of their questioning the validity and bias of the assignment.
Sounds like their parents are paying to send their kids to a re-education camp. Lovely.

My brother is a college professor and is as republican as they come. You might be interested to know that he has had to keep his conservatism hidden in order to achieve tenure. Does that sound like a liberal policy to you? Choice and what not? No, chielgirl it sounds like an indoctrination camp along the lines of Mao where being against liberal dogma will get you fired. Please defend that apex of liberal principles.

I still can't get over that he's an English professor. Don't the classroom dictators usually gravitate to history and political science departments? I mean there is an expectation, in an English class, that if the goal is to teach students how to argue their point effectively, that they get to choose the point they want to argue and not argue the professors point of view.
