I'm not a Catholic, but I'm surprised Biden and Pelosi haven't been excommunicated, given their staunch support for abortion. Catholics in theory don't even allow birth control, let alone killing a fetus.

Yes he is but still toes the party line of the Catholic church on abortion and birth control, at least publicly. Otherwise, he's had some strange edicts.
