he can't even follow one train of thought.....

Biden now confuses Ukraine and NATO while calling on Congress to return from vacation to pass mammoth funding bill

"The $95 billion aid package the president was speaking about would see $61 billion sent to Ukraine - which it not part of NATO"

"'The idea that we're going to walk away from Ukraine; the idea that we're going to let NATO begin to split is totally against the idea of the United States of America,' Biden began."

"'It is against our word and troops that we've sent over all the way back to Eisenhower. So it is about time Congress come home and pass the legislation funding NATO. It's critical,' he said, mixing up Ukraine for the organization."

I'm just not sure about this Martian cease fire. Is this really a good time for it?

Good ole Joe will need to consult Mitterrand on the Martian issue before making a final decision.

Wasn't part of the reason the Reps blocked the "Border Bill" was that it contained Billions to Ukraine with a pittance to protect our own Border along with some nonsense of capping the allowed entries to 5000 per day?

Now Joe is back and demanding that Ukraine be funded? Demanding that NATO be funded? What has NATO ever done for us?

As for Mars I think Kamala should be tapped to head up the peace talks.

I would suspect the Dems need the infusion of cash that they would get from military equipment contractors for their campaigns, and Biden can't "bring it for them". From the article "mainly funding for military equipment".

Peace talks would be cheaper, but then, we don't have a POTUS that can even manage such a thing, but with any luck, that will be changing next January!

Just say "NO"!

***I see small amount would go to aid in the Gaza strip, after they get the heck bombed out of them with equipment and cash that we supply them. It is like Biden's own little game of "army".

Pain would be minimized if the hapless dems and repubs would take one issue at a time. They are incapable of offering a serious compromise and rely on the media to win the day.

Dems own the media, repubs have not a clue as how to respond effectively to the slight of hand bill.

Multitasking is way beyond the capability of the DC legislators.

One issue, one vote!

Dems and never trumpers guilty of MISINFORMATION about the content and CONSEQUENCE of this bill.

Maybe if they voted on each bill separately, they'd have less time for petty, partisan bickering.

Ukraine is a nice, big buffer zone for NATO. While Ukraine is not part of NATO, it does serve a useful purpose for NATO. So I'm not surprised the resident sees them as one in the same.

I'm not going to sit and read the rest of the article, which is basically a compilation of evidence of Biden's "cognitive decline". By now, we all know... The lights are on, but nobody is home.
