" A scientist in the Biden administration warned last year that offshore wind production could threaten the nearly extinct right whale species."

"White House announced early Thursday the United States' first offshore wind lease sale in the Gulf of Mexico, part of the Biden administration’ goal to create 30 gigawatts of offshore wind projects by 2030."

"Overall, the project will involve leasing 102,480 acres offshore of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and nearly 200,000 more acres near Galveston, Texas."

The Biden Administration is killing the Whales & Dolphins off of the Jersey Shore and surrounding. These are the numbers of Wind Turbines 'takes' so far submitted to the NOAA .

12,790 Whales
407,486 Dolphins
33,676 Porpoises
143,881 Seals

Not to mention complete wipe out of the Right Whales and other animals.

These aren't even American companies doing the work. All the Federal and State money is going to 7 foreign nations to build things. In New Jersey they have an estimated lifespan of 20 years, and will cost each resident (not taxpayer) $8,000.

How much wildlife has to be slaughtered before those who follow the religion of climate change wake up to the destruction caused by wind turbines? It's anti-Earth, anti-environment! It makes my blood boil!

Good to see some good 'ole right wing environmentalism going on. Hats off to you guys.

Between you guys and the left wing activists with a burr in their saddle about oil platforms... all the whales and fishies and birds in and above the gulf may once again survive and thrive.

Well, something's killing the whales and other marine life, and that's not a good thing. It might be that it's not the wind turbines themselves, but rather the sonic testing to choose optimal location for them. The real question is, are they necessary and are they efficient? They cost a fortune to build just one.

Even if you can rationalize building them, most people will agree that they're ugly. So are the oil platforms, but why add to the ugliness? I was watching the British Open earlier and there are wind turbines all over the place off the coast at Liverpool. Not pretty.

They would literally take a gun and shoot every last whale until extinction if they could get a permit to do so. The new found concern for wildlife is pretty funny.

There's a difference between being a follower of the religion of climate change and being an environmentalist. I consider myself to be the latter, while many who consider themselves to be the latter are actually the former.

No true environmentalist can support wind turbines. They're ugly and destructive towards our wildlife.

Nuclear energy is far superior. It's energy abundant, without taking up gobs of land (like solar farms do, for a fraction of the energy that nuclear develops), and doesn't slaughter tens of millions of birds.
