This is definitely endangering the welfare of a minor. Who knows how many other kids they pulled this on.

Hopefully the lawsuit will be successful and in turn the school system will be sued successfully for big bucks and will serve notice to all schools that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated.
I'd like to know where all these crazy teachers and nutty school boards came from. We've not had those problems very long, so why now? How do they get past the vetting?
Calling her he didn't change her gender, and of course the parents wouldn't notice, unless they were in the room.
The child is certainly not complaining.

When you are getting coerced or brainwashed you usually don't think to 'complain' when told nothing is wrong.
This is complete and absolute signed, sealed and delivered child abuse in the highest form. The child will have mental issues for the rest of its life because of this teacher. I’d like to meet people like this in a dark alley. And I’m not kidding. This kind of abuse is worse than someone who beats their children. You’re messing with a developing brain when it’s confused and vulnerable and damaging them for life. All so you can feel normal about your freak self.
I said it before this is like people who are disabled and then wheelchairs demanding everyone else disabled themselves and put themselves in a wheelchair so they can feel equal to the rest of society. That’s basically what’s going on with this crap. The world thrived and survived for millions of years with two sexes. Your little decade of a freak show doesn’t make that go away. These freaks, And that’s exactly what they are, are pushing things too far by abusing and mutilating your children.
