Well, you're partly right. He doesn't owe me an explanation. I'm just some guy in another state. I believe he owed those in Florida an explanation as I said above. Best wishes to him and his wife. Cancer sucks. I lost my parents and one sister to various forms.

Nope, he doesn’t. What he does on his time is his time. He doesn’t owe you or anyone else 24/7/365, but it’s hilarious how folks pay sooooo much attention to him versus other Governors. We laugh about it all the time down here in Florida.

oh honey -- I was the first to say the man was entitled to take two weeks off to be with his family for the holidays.
I was most definitely pointing out that his own staff justify hiw two week absence by suggesting he finally accompanied his wife to her chemo on the 29th.
I hate all the left and right who try to suggest political leaders who don't show up for dog and pony shows are MIA and must be delinquent in their job.
