Not surprisingly, 15 minutes of searching resulted in totally opposite "opinions".
IF milder and since it seems to be getting more prevalent and easier to contract (and spread again) would this not be a good sign that Covid 19 might be soon a quite manageable threat?

Everything I have read indicates it's twice as contagious as the prior strain. Already have real life examples both in India and here of the impact.

They said that while it's more contagious, it's also a weaker strain and symptoms are that of a mild head cold.

Just my guess....some have mild symptoms, and some severe, just like original covid.
