That judge needs to be put in a public square and hung, for giving someone 15 years for destroying an LGBTQ flag. How much do you want to bet if some leftie went and burned an american flag they'd have the full force of the establishment on their side doing gofundmes and other crap to get them out? Of course who's fault is that? The democrats have balls and are willing to fight for what they believe in.. the republicans by in large are more passive and complacent, and when you are like that, you get the expected outcome... to get walked all over.

Checks and balances are supposed to protect behavior like this, but they only go so far.
