I thought maybe the violence and death of minorities in Chicago had finally caught Joe Biden's attention. It is about time anyway, with over 700 murders in Chicago over these past 12 months.
So, did Joe go to Chicago to show concern for their losses? No. He went to a city called Crystal Lake, IL, with a 93% white population, to thump his chest over a spending bill. Not only didn't Biden concern himself with the plight of minorities, we went to a white people city. The actions of Democrats never match their over the top rhetoric.

The president has been making stops around the Midwest, trying to sell voters on the economic benefits of the nearly $1 trillion infrastructure package and other platforms.
If it was Trump, the mainstream media would be running on headlines that he was racist and ignored Chicago’s blacks but since it is Biden, no such fake media uproar.

Yup. He'd be peppered with reporters insults and insinuations that he went to a white city, because he didn't care about the deaths of blacks and browns in Chicago.
Many liberals are racist and want to see the population of minorities kept down.They do with by pushing abortion and creating an environment conducive to inner city violence. The results speak for themselves. Just look at who is being killed and aborted in overwhelming numbers. And look at who is in charge of America's most violent cities. So as far as Biden supporters (all 12 of them) are concerned, the train is right on time and things are running smoothly.
Obviously he he did not want togo to Chicago, because he might be asked where are all the white supremacists at, that you said were the #1 threat to Americans. Because then his lies and his race baiting political agenda would be hanging out in the breeze for all to see.
He may have been able to find a "whiter" city, but I think it would be pretty difficult.
This is also a town that has a median income of 89K, which is 22% higher than the rest of Illinois. What a perfect place to talk about tax credits for families with children.
I wonder how many times he will bring up race during his visit?
