That's why we harped on Trump for needlessly stimulating the economy in good times; and for kicking off inflation. Those are not things you do in good times, those are things you wait until things are crashing left and right. What he did was like injecting morphine into a healthy body. Now that the patient is sick, normal dose of morphine won't cut it anymore.

.
Spending, borrowing, and printing money at a pace history has never seen doesn’t “have” to be done….but because Trump again, lol.

Nice deflection. Any comment on helicopter Donnie and his extending unemployment benefits, paying out stimulus, and the payroll tax hiatus? He did sign off on all that stuff.

Of course Trumpies don't let facts mean anything. They don't care about facts or deficits.
Excellent attempt at deflection once again. Instead of complaining and/or answering questions about Sleepy Joe borrowing, printing, and giving away more free stuff on a pace that history has never seen, it’s because Trump

This is how you do it.
You STOP borrowing ANY money.

Most likely, at government level, you default.
Country drops into very tough times, for about ten years. No more loans, only what you can pay for in some tangible form, as fiat money likely will have zero value. Or, with your labor. You can't pay for it, you do not get it. Period.
You restore the spirit of working for living and for the benefit of your community/country. No, not everyone is business manager or blogger. You have to produce something that, actually, benefits others life.

You restore country economy to the point, that it becomes self sufficient.

Government has strict budget and is NOT permitted to draw any loans. Period. Loans are ILLEGAL. Any loans.

That's it. But, then our grand children will have decent lives.

Why giving people money is NOT crushing the Economy.
The economy will not "crush" as long as money is being doled out. But just wait and see what happens when it stops.

The CARES act granted forbearance (temporary forgiveness of debt obligation) to 3.3 million mortgage holders and prevents the banks from foreclosing on those properties. These deferred payments will become due in a short while.
That will result in the sudden listing or sudden foreclosure of about 2.5M properties. There are about 600K properties listed today.

There will be trouble.
"Crush" remains undefined, and thus beyond debate.

Lol, sure the grandkids again. Like when Obama spent all that money and Republicans were losing their minds. I remember it well. The most common talking points were...

- They're spending money like drunken sailors

-We're going to have hyperinflation!

-Our poor grandkids

Fast forward 8 years and what happened? Inflation was tame and averaged about 2.1%. Somehow Republicans get amnesia when that's brought up.
