I'm not sure what alternative reality you are living in. Joe Biden's "cognitive decline" makes it impossible for him to expand his knowledge. His track record speaks loud and clear though. The crime bill of 1994, his support of segregation in the public school system, his racist rhetoric that continues to this day ("you ain't black"). He definitely belongs in the democratic party, the party of the KKK, Jim Crow laws, segregation, etc. Abraham Lincoln, a republican, set African Americans free. Joe Biden is "gonna lock yall back in chains".
