“Borrow and Spend” has been going on since Reagan. It’s not just the Democrats.
Biden seem somehow more adept at it however.

The cheap and easy response is "you misspelled Crater."

On the failed presidents list, maybe Buchanan, Harding, or Hoover. He may not finish a term. The future of the nation is in doubt.

Exactly. Carter wasn't a China controlled anti American stooge like Biden. He was inept, not ideogically against his own country. He was Navy. Biden and the Democrats are pushing Obama's Fundamental Transformation.

It was Trump who threw in the trash the traditional GOP mantra of a balanced budget. Neither party wants to make the hard choices.

Its too early to tell what will happen under Biden. What we know is that Clinton left Bush with a surplus and a thriving economy which was in the toilet when Bush left office. Obama restored it and Trump trashed it.

Carter inherited a mess which started under Nixon. But none of us would be on a computer without Carter. Before Carter it was not even legal to own a phone, you leased it; the phone companies had a legal monopoly. Under Carter, telecommunications, transportation, energy, banking were all deregulated transforming and freeing up the economy.

There are significant differences.

National debt in the late 1970s was very low. Interest rates were high. We have the opposite situation now.

I think we're in uncharted territory.

Who owns our debt? We're a colony again.

Instead of working for the betterment of his nation and people, Biden has threatened his supporters, called them names, called them fat. Creepy dementia Joe Biden is truly unhinged. Carter > Biden.
Yep. Biden, all the epically bad decisions of the Carter administration without ANY of the humanity.
