During all the Covid restrictions my husband and I both lost weight without trying to. Neither one of us was overweight before but I think the big difference in our lives was not being able to go out to eat.

Typically my girlfriends and I would have lunch at a restaurant once per week and we'd also go to a Happy Hour twice per month. In between those outings we would often get together at one of our homes for lunch or dinner (we're a very social bunch.) I guess those extra calories really added up and when they were removed from our typical routine, it showed.
