What Happens When Vaccine Incentives Aren’t Enough?
When much of the world is still desperate for Covid-19 vaccinations, a handful of wealthy places are beginning to have the opposite problem. Hong Kong is one. Despite a free and easily accessible program open to all adults since April, only just over 10% of the population of 7.5 million has had both injections, with low rates even among the oldest. Hesitancy is so high that only half of residents say they intend to get vaccinated.
Sounds like a world wide inquiry, not one specifically to call out the USA.
Boggles my mind that folks will be inconsiderate of the wellness of self and community.
Unsure why Hong Kong civilians are not taking this opportunity to be in innoculated. My incintive was easy...live and breath . Without machines or further drugs being doused into my system to wart off a condition.

People have a lot of reasons why they are not taking the vaccine, not because they are 'inconsiderate of the wellness of self and community.'
Anyone who wants to avoid Covid can get the vaccine and be protected.

Probably because the citizens of Hong Kong trust their government even less than we do.
