I guess Danielle Outlaw isn't the only "Outlaw" in Philadelphia.

They were dancing in the streets in November. Seems like the Harris/Biden/Kenney administration hasn't worked like magic to solve all the problems.

They way they were acting November, they were acting like once Harris/Biden got in everything would be rainbow, sunshine, unicorns!
