Philip Klein notes that Fauci couldn’t stop himself from laughing here while half-heartedly spinning the new rules, which have been attacked even by experts as absurdly onerous. He knows they’re garbage so he’s keen to reassure Savannah Guthrie that they’re constantly being updated and relaxed as more data is gathered. Just be patient! The CDC might acknowledge they’re ridiculous soon enough!

The CDC is a truly reprehensible organization. What Democrats and the "scientists" at the CDC are doing to little kids is nothing less than child abuse.
How can people who support this nonsense sleep at night?
It's sad to see young kids running around outdoors with masks. There is no reason for it. We were told it was so they didn't bring the virus home to grandma or their parents. But now those people are all vaccinated. And we still have kids breathing through filthy damp masks. Parents need to take a stand.

These poor children are going to be traumatized by this pandemic if we show such fear and make them wear masks .
It seems that Fauci insistently persists in trying to stretch his 15-minutes in the spotlight, to 20-minutes! Instead, whatever credibility and celebrity Fauci may have once had, is rapidly diminishing.
The main reason why I was I initially opposed to mask mandates was because I knew once the door was open to require them for businesses, kids would also be forced to wear them at school all day (not to mention the lack of evidence that they would even work for covid). Some people told me I was being ridiculous and that that would never happen.
Not only are they now required for kids at school all day long, they are also required while they play sports and now even while being outdoors at camp and even after high risk adults have been vaccinated. I despise the people making these decisions and those who support them. This would all end if we all stood up and said, “no”. Unfortunately, too many people have been brainwashed and happily go along with every stupid measure that comes our way.
In my opinion, the people who are responsible for promoting such garbage are nothing short of criminals.
