Gretchen Whitmer has to be one of the worst governor of the history of the United States of America. Everything thing she implements seems is a failure.

She is a textbook example of how not to run a state.

It's a three way competition for worst governor of all time in America History: Cuomo, Newsom, Whitmer.

Oklahoma which lifted all restrictions and mandates over a month ago reports just 109 cases or 2 per 100,000.

Democrat Gretchen Witmer's Michigan reports over 100 per 100,000 or 50 times the rate of Oklahoma.

Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Colorado, Massachusetts all tremendous amounts of COVID-19 spread.

They asked Trump why the US led in Covid cases and he said " We test more". The MSM laughed. Now they're saying that those states pushing the lockdowns and restrictions are testing more while the free states aren't. So Trump was right.
But how many of those new Covid cases are actually misdiagnosed seasonal allergies? The testing inaccuracy was never corrected.

Places like Michiganistan have been under draconian lockdown at least half of the last year. Much of the population has been led to believe in hiding under the bed to avoid the “rona”. What is the result? A population which has far less exposure to the virus that is now much more vulnerable to it than is the population of a state like Oklahoma where citizens have been living a mostly normal life since the plandemic.

The people up there will likely get their new lockdown. They have consistently obeyed all the other lockdowns andthey voted leftist in the election. They will get what they asked for.

I bet you everyone comes out of this pandemic more conservative.

Seriously, to be a Democrat today, you have to surround yourself in a bubble of delusion.

You could put Inslee, Brown and Pritzker to the mix.

You think if she lifted all restrictions the cases would go down? That would suggest the virus spreads more easily if you wear a mask, something that contravenes all scientific knowledge of how respiratory illnesses spread.

I don't think it's that simple.

I suspect, as I have done for a while, that when people are indoors the virus spreads much more easily. Warm weather states are doing great now, but I wonder when the dog days of summer are here and people are spending most of their time in the AC, will it remain the same?

What draconian lockdown, restaurants, schools and stores have been open so what exactly is a lockdown.

Sounds like you are promoting the herd immunity theory as evidence for Oklahoma's success although only a fraction have been vaccinated.

It never ceases to amaze how some people with no knowledge and no experience in the matter can reduce a complex epidemiological issue into a stupid political statement.

Here in Iowa, schools and businesses have been open since September*. Those communities that use good hygiene practices like distancing and hand washing (and maybe masks) are safer.

My condolences to those who ignore common sense.

*Except those small businesses destroyed by the lockdown. Walmart, Menards, Target, etc. were NEVER shutdown.
