I am sure there are exceptions, but those who gained health were going to probably get healthy anyways, those who lost health were going to get unhealthy anyways. Covid or no covid.


Also I am sure by now most of you know at least 1 or 2 adults who got covid. Notice how those who were healthy BEFORE had very little symptoms. Just saying, masks, bleach, etc all good, but lets not forget immune system. I know the media don't talk about it non stop, but its true.
I think people tend to overeat when food is available and they're bored. At the office, you can chit chat, pretend to be working etc. Snacking is more common when you're away from other people.

But, I just noticed something. 50% of women gained weight, and 25% of men gained weight, therefore, the majority did not gain weight.

Interesting that women gained it more, I suspect them being stuck inside, with less pressure on their bodies, is a contributing factor.

There could be muscle loss during lockdown. Without good muscle support, people are more likely to insure themselves.
