What does she think Joe Biden has to offer to Detroit in the way of pay back? It's jobs back? Because Joe already gifted all those to China, so she would have to get on the phone and give them a call. Biden is a feeble minded dementia patient who shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel of a car, let alone a desk at the oval office. He's got nothing to offer anyone at this stage of his life, other than soiled adult diapers perhaps.
