Common Interpretation of the Election Clause - National Constitution Center

I feel like more and more they are carrying on for two reasons: one the 2020 presidential election maybe over, but the senate run-offs need to happen. So the entire GOP needs to keep people engaged And two: He really is going to launch his own media company so he needs to keep people tuned in.
He is either going to start his own or he's going to take a major stake in something like OAN or Newsmax and become the principle commentator and such.

the sooner he does that, the better.

As for having hope that his more fanatic followers will ever see through his facade to the true con-artist he is, that I have no hope for. He can continue to do damage to civility and the brains of his minions for as long as he lives, kinda like Alex Jones.

Tally another one in the L column for Trump.
Federal Court In Pa. Rejects Effort To Block Late-Arriving Ballots Postmarked By Election Day

Quote:
A federal appeals court in Philadelphia on Friday rejected an effort led by a Republican congressional candidate to block about 9,300 ballots that arrived after Election Day. The three-judge panel, led by Chief U.S. Circuit Judge Brooks Smith, noted the “unprecedented challenges” facing the nation this year, especially the “vast disruption” caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Smith said the panel ruled “with commitment to a proposition indisputable in our democratic process: that the lawfully cast vote of every citizen must count.”
The ruling involves the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision to accept mail-in ballots that arrived by Friday, Nov. 6, three days after the close of polling places.
Republicans have the same issue pending on appeal before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Separately, a national law firm that came under criticism for its work for the Trump campaign has asked a judge to let it withdraw from representing the campaign in a lawsuit that seeks to prevent Pennsylvania officials from certifying election results.
Legal giant Porter Wright Morris & Arthur filed the motion Thursday, leaving Philadelphia election lawyer Linda A. Kerns as the remaining attorney for the campaign and two voters in the lawsuit.

More precedence, this time at the Federal level, being set for the US Supreme Court to rule in favor with the PA Supreme Court.

Just looking at Kerns website, it appears she's a divorce lawyer: https://www.lindakernslaw.com/

To be fair, calling Porter Wright a “legal giant” is a bit of a stretch. We should focus now on Jones Day.
