Yes he did.
We didn't think he meant because he would make a mess of the process, by taking states to court that want to count the mail in ballots. And insisting his campaign employees had a right to share in the process of counting the votes.
We should a listened to him giving us the warning about what he was about to do.
The actual process is going pretty good-- I guess you all were not around in other elections... this is not bad at all. He needs to sit his butt down and shut his trap and wait.

Exactly. The only "mess" is in his mind, and the resulting chaos is from his baseless lawsuits. This was his Plan B for a long time.

I agree. This was a historical turn out, and it will take longer to count.
So Trump directs PA GOP to hold the line and wait to begin counting until the day of the election. Then he cries fraud. Think about how gullible you have to be to believe him. Or how much you have to hate democracy and America.
So Trump said it would be a mess, and now his followers are throwing our theories of fraud to the public without any hard evidence presented, just hearsay. Trump and his cronies are making it a mess with, as usual, his mouth. And all the Trump followers will blindly believe him even without evidence. Me? I'll wait and see what turns up for real before I pass judgement and incite people to riot, again.
