He could surprise us all by just leaving office quietly perhaps saying "ill be back" after all he could run again in 2024 and if Biden and the Dems get pushed down an ultra liberal path he might very well win. He is just stubborn enough and wealthy enough to afford Trump Rallies every week for the next four years. Anyone who thinks he and his family will be going to jail are smoking some good stuff. Lots of evidence Hillary got away with breaking the law yet she is still free as a bird. Those in power understand such rhetoric is good to rile up the base but actually trying to follow thru would be too divisive and energize the other side.
Now if he wants to be vindictive he can appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate Hunter Biden and Joe's connect to him and possible corruption charges. Forcing Biden either to let such an investigation to go forward, digging up who knows what, or fire that Special Prosecutor when he is in charge. Either way can be very risky politically.
