I am a Democrat, but NOT a fan of his brother, Chris (too cocky - never smiles) - Andrew Cuomo is a rare combination of intelligence, integrity, and humor.

I went to high school with Andrew and while school isn’t everything, my impression of him at the time was that he was one of the dumbest kids in school.
