What I do not understand is. Trump could have gone anywhere to do a town hall. He could have gone to Fox News and had Hannity do the town hall. Why go somewhere that you know will be hostile? Makes zero sense.
Trump on edge, combative and angry does not win over swing votes. Only works to his base.
Because NBC probably offered it to him and he wants to reach the widest audience possible? At least he has the guts to go on where he knows he will get tough questions. Biden hasn’t had to answer any tough questions that weren’t already pre-screened. The contrast is stark.
It's not so much his character flaws, it's more about his leadership flaws that have driven everyone to Biden. Boring as Biden may be, most voters trust him more to listen to experts and try to unite the country rather than divide it.
That is all Trump has done is listen to experts. He brought in all the medical people who can work on a vaccine at warp speed. NO taking years to come up with the meds. He may disagree with the lockdown and how dangerous this virus is but he assembled the best of the best to work on it.
