When it comes to inter racial black/white violent crime. excluding homicides, it is 90% black on white. It's not a small number 592000 cases in 2018. ~550,000 attacks on whites by blacks ~50000 attacks by whites on blacks.
Blacks kill twice as many whites (500 in 2015) as whites kill blacks (229 in 2015). Blacks, at 13% of the population, commit 50% of murders, and 90% of black murder victims are killed by other blacks.
Blacks are just over 13% of the population commits 50% of the murders. Chicago is evenly divided between white, black, and Hispanic yet 70% of the murder victims and those who commit murders are black.
When looking at the death rate on felony interactions between police and race. Although it is a statistical tie, whites are killed at a higher rate.

6 of the 10 lowest paying degreed fields are female dominate. Meaning 70% or more in that field are women. Early child care, social services. Jobs women VOLUNTARILY choose.
While 8 or 9 of the 10 highest paying fields are male dominated. Electrical engineering, software development, mechanical engineering.

You are cherry picking while using that term. Blacks are the only race that commit a disproportionate amount of violent crime in the US, they commit 52% of the murders, and resist arrest several times more than whites.
Any honest semi-intelligent analysis would consider that a group that disproportionately commits more violent crimes would have more bad police outcomes.
The gap between Asians and whites is bigger than the gap between whites and blacks. Are police racist in favor of Asians over whites or are Asians committing less crimes and resisting arrest less?
What about the gaps between young and old adults, it is bigger. Do cops target young adults or are young adults committing more crimes? The gap between men and women?
