How much does Biden and Harris’s refusal to answer whether or not they will pack the court influence your willingness to vote for them? To me their refusal means they know it would be very unpopular but do indeed plan on doing it anyway.
Even my cousin, a die heart anti-Trumper, says if they refuse to answer he will not vote for Biden.

As much as Trump/Pence's refusal to answer the pre-existing conditions question, and by that I mean more than general meaningless platitudes towards the issue.

Nadda.
1. They got to be elected first.
2. The Senate got to lean to the other side.
3. Current laws hasn't been change yet even with a Republican Congressional majority, 114th Congress 2016-2018.
Maybe I'm biased but it bothers me a lot. Even if they're not really going to pack the Court then they should not mislead their potential voters who want court packing.

Bothers me a lot but my mind is completely made up, I never considered voting democrat. The only candidate I would consider should be offered a job in Trumps administration in his 2nd term
The court-packing issue will be decided by Congress. The Democrats wouldn't be able to pull it off until they win the Senate, so why show a commitment to the idea before then? It's a card that could be used against a candidate, so plausible deniability is needed.
The Democrats are just terrifying in general at this point and many are ignoring it almost exclusively because we have a narcissist with a toxic personality currently occupying the oval office. It's almost akin to yelling at your drunk uncle for ruining Thanksgiving dinner last year while a foreign invasion force marches throughout your neighborhood.
I think it’s more a matter of deception than them actually being able to do it. While there are radicals pushing court packing, the majority of Americans don’t and there would be massive backlash if they tried to go forward with it. The reason they don’t answer the question is because they want to say whatever will get them the most votes and they don’t know what answer that is yet. They also don’t want to anger the radicals, which is the same reason mainstream Democrats are forced to support violent rioting.
And Pence did answer the question about pre-existing conditions pretty clearly if you watched the debate. Nice try with the redirection though. How did people ever survive without Obamacare? Oh yeah, they got full time jobs which provided them with healthcare (including pre-existing conditions). I know, I know, what are people who don’t want to work for a living going to do without other people paying for their healthcare? I guess you got me on that one.
And no, court packing is not going to change anyone’s mind. If you support violence and destructive rioting, what’s a little court packing going to matter to you?
