David Brooks, keep in mind, is a Republican, though one who is appalled by Trump. Immoral? Amoral? I'm not sure.

At his core, Trump Is an immoralist
By David Brooks

People who feel themselves under threat have a high tolerance for cruelty in their leaders: A little savagery to defend the homeland might be a good thing. But the crucial thing about Donald Trump is that he is not a nationalist who uses immoral means. He is first and foremost an immoralist, whose very being was defined by dishonesty, cruelty, betrayal and cheating long before he put on political garb...

During Tuesday night’s debate, by contrast, people got to see, in real time, how Trump’s vicious behavior destroyed an American institution, the presidential debate. They got to see how his savagery made ordinary human conversation impossible.

Chris Wallace was trying to rig the debate from the get go in favor of Biden.
I'm glad Trump didn't play along and made the debate interesting.

Yes but did he say we could keep our doctor, or was that someone else?

Reading the transcript of the debate first might be helpful.

Biden interrupted Trump first, then Wallace joined in.

It was NOT Trump who made “ordinary human concepts impossible.”

Biden was the one telling the POTUS to shut up and called him names like he was 5 years old.

So to you, Trump would have been an immoral coward had he been too afraid to interrupt and talk over Biden numerous times?

In other words, to you, Trump was very right and good to interrupt Biden even more numerous times. After all Trump says if someone does you wrong, then hit them back a lot harder.

No, he said we'd have a "far better than the ACA" plan in place soon after he took office. The only place it's apparently in is his vivid if delusional imagination.
