I stand by what i said. Harris can see all the violence all across the nation each night, and yet she encourages the protests, which have turned violent EVERY NIGHT.

If Blake doesn't resist, then he's hand-cuffed and taken to the police station without any further injury and questioned with respect to the allegations made in the 911 call.
Do police search his vehicle and find the knife?
Probably, but the knife would be eliminated at the evidence suppression hearing.
Why? Because police can search a vehicle without a warrant only if Blake was in the vehicle or entering the vehicle or the vehicle was part and parcel of the crime itself.
The fact that Blake was arrested next to a vehicle is not sufficient to justify a warrantless search.
Right? The 911 complaint was that Blake had assaulted his wife, not that Blake assaulted his wife using a vehicle.
See how that works?
