The cartoon is about teaching people the history of racism in America why it still affects African Americans today. Not about police, Biden, or Trump.
Is the cartoon teaching or spreading propaganda and victimhood?
The first foundation block for the video's argument - that black majority schools are underfunded compared to white majority schools - is a bald faced lie.
Black majority schools tend to get more money than white majority schools.
Benton Harbor an overwhelmingly black school got $14,292 per pupil and spent $11,523 per pupil.
Benton Harbor school district neighbors St. Joseph School District which is overwhelmingly white. St. Joseph gets $8,989 per pupil and spends $8,659 per pupil.
I've heard liberals spread propaganda and lies that St. Joseph significantly outperforms Benton Harbor academically, because of funding when the reality is that the black school got 59% more funding per pupil than the neighboring white school.
Why is the neighboring white school, which is severely less funded than the neighboring black school significantly out performing the black school academically? The truth is too inconvenient for the left. Two parent homes and a culture that promotes academics more. I have a family member that teaches in Benton Harbor and the academic culture is garbage in the community.
Is systemic racism real when it is based on lies and distortions? Look at the crime stat distortions the left uses to argue for systemic racism. It is all BS.
The systemic racism in America is called Affirmative Actions which literally says that the colored people are too stupid to get up on their own, the whities must help them.
i don't need to watch a video. Here are some facts.
1. One presidential candidate worked HARD to pass the 1994 crime bill which was about the best example of inculcating American law with "systemic racism". No question that crime bill went after black men. It was systemic racism.
2. One presidential candidate worked to change that law and got the First Steps Act passed which reformed the 1994 bill to reduce the systemic racism in it. Its called "first step" because more needs to be done and this candidate intends to do more.
1994 crime bill was Joe Biden
First Step Act IS Donald Trump.
3. Joe Biden has flat stated he will kill BOTH Charter schools and any push for School Choice. Failing schools are systemically racist.
4. Donald Trump is FIGHTING FOR BOTH Charter schools and School Choice.
IF systemic racism is your issue there is ZERO argument about what candidate you should be voting for. If Systemic Racism is your top issue, you should be knocking doors for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is the ONLY PRESIDENT that has directly attacked Systemic Racism since the Civil Rights Era.
The cartoon is about teaching people the history of racism in America why it still affects African Americans today. Not about police, Biden, or Trump.
First off, you use a cartoon to explain racism. Hard to take you seriously when you use a cartoon.
Nonetheless, the answers that were given to you are pointing out how to STOP that systemic racism that you're posting a cartoon about, yet you don't like the answers because it shows that Trump has done, and wants to do more, to end it.
So, what is the point of your thread, then? What's the point of bringing up a topic if you're not interested in solutions? Posters are telling you what solutions have been implemented, and which ones are being pushed. You don't like it because Trump is the one who did it, and is trying to do more.
Since the OP thinks the problem is schools, let's take a look at the grades 4-12 results by race/ethnicity in just one school district, Democrat-governed Washington, DC (spending per pupil: $21,974):
Same schools, same curriculum, same educational resources but vastly different results by race/ethnicity.
