I work for a living in this country.

Fewer foreigners taking American jobs means more opportunities for me and more money for my family.

With that in mind, if Trump is the bad guy, who is the good guy?

My criticism of Trump is that he should have done this February 1, 2017.

I guess America really is desperate for Trump's re-election...America needs America's jobs! America first

Trump built a great economy once, and now he's doing it again....no waiting around for any elections either.

MAGA! KAGA!

Unfortunately, this is true. I have seen the effects of offshoring myself and have been affected both by offshoring and hiring in the states people who are willing to work for less, because they are on a visa. Several years ago, I also saw first hand the likes of "American companies" like General Motors purposely send their work to China even when US companies were competitive on quotes. I will never own another GM again. (although the one vehicle that tempts me is the corvette). I'll support Japanese and other foreign companies who at least keep manufacturing here.

This is why as long as democrats are for illegal immigration and keep pushing hard for more work visas, I will never support them. It happens with republicans as well, but on this issue they are the lesser of two evils.

It's unfortunate though that many U.S. corporations in the non-Federal sector continue to game and abuse the system, though there's been a crackdown there as well.

Federal Agencies typically require a US Citizenship, so this wont change much.

Why another EO, which does not have the weight of a law......?

At many USDA Research stations, you can see Foreign H1B MS or PhD Researchers / plant breeders / lab workers on various type of visas.

Yeah anti-immigration people, he had you at 'hello', you guys were already going to vote for him. But you alone won't win it for him this time.
Trump condos, Trump hotels in India. Business, profit, greed. Trump loves Indians because they think alike. He is probably running a loss now because pandemic.

Only Indian citizens can vote. The other statuses Indians donated money because they feel kinship with his policies. He allowed Modi to visit, when he was previously banned as a genocider. They have probably built him a temple in India.

Change of visa category while a person is still in USA should be stopped. It overlooks the scruitiny as that person is never called for any interview in front of embassy / consulate. An immigrant enters USA on Dependent / Student visa and then change the category to H1b visa after reaching USA once a consulting firm submit paperwork thru a lawyer.
Thats done for santioned countries like Iran. Every time they go out they have to apply for new visa.

This rule if implemented properly can weed out the "Telugu" Indian Americans who do most of the fraud through middleman companies. I have seen EVC, EVVC, EVVVC models also and they should go after that first.
