I work in an emergency room, and have yet to see the first wave. Easiest year of my career. And I’m in a hotspot area in SC. Setup a tent outside, and it never got used. It was empty in March and April. Fear kept people away. Getting busier now, but operating near full capacity was normal long before 2020. Had to use vacation time to cover for lost hours, we were sent home due to lack of work. Some lost jobs permanently. If we get hit hard this fall, I say bring it. Refuse to be in constant fear, it’s real, but the media sensationalizes it. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. The media never talks about all the illegals bringing in tuberculosis, suicides, or all the meth use, which is a problem too. Wish I could set CNN straight, I’d probably get kicked off though for not fitting their biased fear mongering agenda.

Once Biden's elected, its over. We saw this with RR. We heard constantly about how terrible the homeless crisis was. Once he was out of office, that was the end. Almost never heard about it after that. Now its worse than ever, but do you hear about it on the news much?
No, they will not level off. I expect Nov. onward to be bad. Flu combined w/ covid will be no picnic.
That is where I am at, I think it will spike again during flu season.
