His agenda for his first term was working pretty well until Covid19. Why would he need to change anything?
Trump got proven results and will get more in his second term. Positive economic results for everyone. He ACTS, he doesn't need to give mindless "Hope and Change" speeches nor empty agendas.

I didn’t watch the rally, it doesn’t surprise me. He has no plans or strategy for the present, so I’m not sure he can talk about policy for the next term, even in broad terms.

Most people have given up having any expectations for this guy. People that support him are more like groupies following a rock band, or a fan club that worships a film star. Does anyone really believe that the phrase "civil servant" has ever crossed Trump's mind?
