The weather vane depicts the founder of Dartmouth college teaching a Native American...somehow this is racist to the overly sensitive liberal-minded college folks?
Darthmouth college was built by whites, so why don't they just burn the whole college campus to the ground while they're at it? Take the liberal insanity up to the next level to show how woke they are!

UVA changed its logo to remove something racist too. Not sure what it was or how it was.

The initial goal of the college to teach Native Americans was not very successful. However:
"This situation changed dramatically when John G. Kemeny became the 13th president of Dartmouth College in 1970. In his inaugural address, he pledged to redress the historical lack of opportunities for Native Americans in higher education. In recommitting Dartmouth to its founding purpose, John Kemeny established a Native American Program at the College and directed the Admissions Office to begin actively recruiting Indian students for the very first time.
In the 48 years that have passed since former President Kemeny's historical address, Dartmouth's commitment to Indian education has remained strong. In this brief time, nearly 700 Native Americans from over 200 different tribes have attended Dartmouth, more than at all the other Ivy League institutions combined."
Seriously?? Where is the petition that I can sign to stop these idiots that offend common sense.
I wonder how these idiots would feel if they were told the Indian on the weather vane was smoking weed and chilling while listening to the "white guy" pleading with him to accept his apology and the box of gold he is sitting on to be paid as reparations for the injustices??
I'm sure the college will cave to the demands of the few because we all know that in these days the outrage of the few outweigh the common sense of the many.
