So, maybe we can conclude that people who speak unethically are likely to act unethically?
I can't recall anything that's been said about Melania Trump that's nearly as bad as what's been said about Michelle Obama. Has anyone called Melania an ape? Claimed that she's really a man? I don't think so. Most of the bad stuff that's been said about the current FLOTUS is criticism of her own behavior, like wearing the "I Really Don't Care, Do You?" jacket, plagiarizing Michelle Obama's speech, etc.

I didn't like the 'I wasn't proud of my country until...' and the 'school lunch fiasco', but other than those two things I think she purported herself very well as a role model/first lady/wife/mother/and daughter. Realizing the wonderful role than grandparents can play in the lives of their grandchildren, I especially liked that she convinced her mother to move into the White House. I remember that after the 2016 election, one prolific poster on CD posted that the White House would need to be fumigated after they moved out, and I just shook my head in disgust at that comment.
Some people might say you look feminine ……...what does any of that matter ? Personally , when I look at Michelle, I see an attractive, confident, intelligent woman who has attained more success in her life than 99% of the people who have ugly things to say about her.
If they were honest, most of her critics would admit they dislike her for one reason only...….and we know what that reason is, don't we ?
I don't think Michelle has an attractive face, but she probably has the best upper arms of any first lady ever.
That woman can rock a sleeveless dress!

Michelle didn't invite anything negative enough while first lady to generate even real dislike, let alone hate. You're right, it's what she's done in her life....and the 'we know what that is' reason.
